Position Summary:
The IMPACT Connect Partner Manager is the main point of contact for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting community-based partners of IMPACT Connect. The Partner Manager engages with community organizations and creates a vision for how a partnership with IMPACT Connect can be mutually beneficial. The Partner Manager then follows a process of onboarding partners and maintains the relationship by checking in regularly with partners. This role is community-based, and the Partner Manager is expected to spend up to 50% of their time in the community. The Partner Manager is also responsible for creating messaging, doing community presentations, and tracking IMPACT’s presence in the community.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead in recruiting new community partnerships for the IMPACT Connect network.
- Craft key message statements for recruitment.
- Host educational sessions about IMPACT Connect.
- Have initial meetings with potential partners.
- In partnership with our technology partner, complete demonstrations for potential partners.
- Manage partnership agreements.
- Ensure new partners are invited to the appropriate sector and network meetings.
- Work with IMPACT’s finance department to organize and update agreements when needed.
- Regularly check in with partners to ensure their satisfaction as a partner in the network.
- Ensure correct resource information of partners.
- Work with IMPACT’s resource department to ensure partner information is accurate and updated in the resource database for IMPACT 211 and IMPACT Connect.
- Support sectors within the IMPACT Connect network.
- Facilitate sector meetings to implement network-level goals.
- Identify sector representatives for committees and Board of Managers.
- Work with the leader in each sector to create meaningful agenda items as they relate to IMPACT Connect.
- Attend each sector meeting, take and distribute meeting minutes, and act as the liaison between the sector, IMPACT, and IMPACT Connect.
- Bring topics from each sector to network-wide meetings.
- Plan and execute of committees and network meetings, with support of Director of Systems Change
- Bring topics from each sector to agendas at appropriate network meetings.
- Plan quarterly all-network meetings, including securing guest speakers and coordinating logistics.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Manage requests for IMPACT’s presence at community events.
- Standard IMPACT responsibilities:
- Responsible for protecting client confidentiality and adhering to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the protection to Substance Use Disorder Services and mental health information.
- Protect against unauthorized access, modifications, destruction, and disclosure as defined by IMPACT and relevant federal, state, and local laws.
- Actively participate in and support the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work public health, organizational development, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with internal and external customer service and support.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience with public speaking.
- Experience in crafting and delivering key messages statements.
- Experience in creating and documenting meeting minutes and program documents.
- Experience with coordinating multiple logistical pieces into a cohesive event.
- Computer software expertise: Word, Excel. Ability to learn new software systems and basic troubleshooting competency.
- Experience working in collaborative nonprofit settings.
- Reside in the State of Wisconsin and within 50 miles of IMPACT.
- Have a valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
Hours/Training for this position:
This is a full time, hybrid, exempt position within IMPACT. General work hours will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8AM to 5PM with occasional evenings for meetings. The candidate will be required to work onsite, from 9am-5pm for the first 30-60 days of employment for training purposes.
