What You’ll Do:

- Build Strong Partnerships: Forge meaningful relationships with employers to secure high-quality jobs and volunteer placements.
- Market Savvy: Stay ahead of labor market trends and use insights to match participants with the best opportunities.
- Career Ready: Work closely with case managers to prepare participants for successful careers, providing mock interviews and skill-building workshops.
Your Role Includes:
- Aligning all participant interactions with our success-driven philosophy.
- Utilizing assessment tools to understand participant skills and interests.
- Creating and maintaining job listings that cater to high-demand sectors.
- Networking with employers and negotiating placements.
- Tracking progress and providing data-driven reports.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess exceptional customer service, have proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Have a deep understanding of job market trends, resume writing and interview techniques.
