Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep our studio running smoothly. This role focuses on inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring everything stays on track. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to pitch in wherever needed in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Inventory Management: Track product and supply levels, reorder as needed, and maintain (or create) organized systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Carefully pack and ship orders (this may shift to a secondary role when a dedicated packer is hired).
- Shopify Management: Add new products, manage SKUs, update descriptions, and ensure listings are accurate.
- Research & Outreach: Identify and connect with influencers and boutiques for collaborations and wholesale opportunities.
- Studio Content: Occasionally capture photos or videos of the studio for social media.
- Craft Markets & Festivals: Assist with setup, customer engagement, and sales—eventually take on independent event management.
- 3D Printing Support: Help with upcoming in-house 3D printing operations.
- General Operations: Keep an overview of tasks to ensure the studio runs efficiently.
- Other Tasks: Assist with production, studio organization, and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Shopify and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Skilled multitasker comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with packing, labeling, and shipping.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and adapts to new tasks.
- Familiarity with 3D printing (or willingness to learn) is a plus.
- Passionate about CTOAN’s products and mission.
- Able to handle strong scents in the studio.
- Excellent communication—clear, proactive, and reliable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must be trans-inclusive.
What We Offer:
- $20/hour starting pay, averaging 20–30 hours per week (more during busy times).
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued at 0.05 hours per hour worked (e.g., 52 hours annually for 20 hours/week).
- Free snacks, coffee, and a paid 45-minute lunch break.
- Flexible scheduling with prior discussion (a set weekly schedule is preferred).
- A supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.
