Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Manager. Located in Wauwatosa, WI, but some work-from-home is acceptable. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, performing administrative assistance tasks, managing office equipment, ensuring efficient office administration, and providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the volunteer program. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining office supplies, supporting financial tasks and supporting the overall functioning of the organization.

- Strong Communication skills
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in handling Office Equipment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting is a plus
- Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
