Delivering Employee Feedback

The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is hosting “Delivering Employee Feedback:”

“Do you dread the Feedback Conversation? In this two-hour training, you will learn and practice delivering feedback in a way that partners with your staff and builds in accountability at the same time. Giving feedback to employees is one of most effective ways to build morale and to support staff to learn, grow, and succeed.

You will leave with a practical feedback tool and framework, as well as useful language to help people reflect and act on the feedback.”
