Track & Field Jumps Coach

Track & Field Jumps Coach needed for the spring season beginning March 10, 2025, and running through June 07, 2025. Jump Coach reports to the Head Track and Field Coach. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the coaching staff with the organization and direction of all aspects of the track and field team. Specific duties include coaching the jumping events at practices and meets, supervising regular practice sessions, meet preparation, assisting with the management of equipment, and promoting the mission and vision of the school athletic program.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

Position requires a high school diploma

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The qualified candidate should have competitive track & field experience (coaching and/or competing) in the horizontal jumps (Long jump and Triple jump). The candidate must also have a strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes, good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work amiably with students, administrators, and faculty.
