“We’ve all heard what works in fundraising, but do we understand the hows and whys? This session will translate empirical research from the sector into a language we can all understand. We will explore what habits motivate donors and strengthens our relationships with them. Gain clarity on how stewardship methods work or do not work for different types of donors, and understand the factors researchers have uncovered as to why people make donations or choose not to.”
